iFUNFoods project participated in the FoodMicro2022 conference

The iFUNFoosds project participated in the FoodMicro2022 conference that was held this week (28-31/8/2022) in Megaron Athens International Conference Centre in Athens-Greece with the poster presentation entitled “Developing functional food ingredients using immobilized presumptive probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici cells” delivered by  Paraskevi Somalou (with Dimitra Dimitrellou, Vassiliki Giokari, Panayiotis (Takis) Panas and Yiannis Kourkoutas).

Many congratulations to the whole team for this great collaborative work and special thanks to Paraskevi Somalou for representing the iFUNFoods project in FoodMicro2022 this year.
